Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of data scientists to deliver actionable insights and predictive models

Provide professional and technical leadership, coaching, and feedback

Collaborate with internal teams to define, plan, and prioritize data science initiatives

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience delivering scalable data science solutions

3+ years managing data science or analytics teams

Proven experience leading applied AI initiatives with Large Language Models and Generative AI

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

Experience with modern cloud-based data and AI platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
