Our client is a leading Texas-based general contractor specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects including, Industrial facilities, Manufacturing plants, Distribution centers, medical buildings, Data centers, and Office buildings.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities of a Construction Senior Superintendent | Data Center | TX Travel
- Project Oversight : Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership : Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and trades, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
- Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA and company standards.
- Coordination : Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to align site activities with project goals.
- Quality Control : Monitor workmanship and materials to maintain high construction standards.
- Problem Solving : Identify and address issues that could delay or disrupt construction progress.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspections.
