About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Data Science and Advanced Analytics to lead our advanced analytics initiatives and data modeling strategies. This key position involves directing a talented team tasked with uncovering valuable insights from diverse data sources, including clinical studies, translational biomarkers, and real-world data, to refine trial design and enhance the success rates of therapeutic developments.

The ideal candidate will possess a rich background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, driving forward innovations in our data science practices while ensuring the integrity and precision of analytical outcomes. Responsibilities will also encompass overseeing data governance, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and nurturing a culture of excellence and continuous innovation within the data science team.

Qualified candidates should hold an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline and bring 10-15 years of substantial experience in advanced analytics, data science, and AI / ML research and development, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. Proven leadership abilities, technical mastery in data science and AI platform technologies, and the capability to translate intricate technical insights into actionable business strategies are essential.
