Key Responsibilities

Lead analytics strategy and serve as the primary advisor to senior stakeholders at a major financial institution

Oversee the analytics lifecycle, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards while delivering insights and recommendations

Manage and mentor analytics teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science, with at least 5 years in financial institutions or insurance

Knowledge of financial services regulations related to modeling, including fair lending and ECOA

Expertise in predictive modeling and recommendation systems

Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and translate analytics into business outcomes

Strong technical fluency in modeling frameworks and validation techniques
