Key Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate across R&D to drive business value through machine learning solutions

Work with product and engineering stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of AI-enabled products

Coach and mentor data scientists and ML engineers while executing ML initiatives

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent disciplines

5+ years of experience leading Data Science and ML Engineering teams

Experience deploying machine learning solutions in large-scale production environments

Strong knowledge of statistics and machine learning foundations

Experience with ML model building using libraries such as Scikit, Tensorflow, and PyTorch
