About the role :

The Lead Data Scientist, Claims will drive modeling and analytics for the core of our technology – our claims payment system. In this role, you will :

• Partner with operations and technology leaders in the design and implementation of initiatives to improve claims system performance
• Use sophisticated measurement and data mining techniques to drive deep and rapid insights
• Use data to achieve our goal of being the most automated and efficient insurer in the industry

You will report into the Senior Director, Data Science.

Work Location : This position is a hybrid role based in our New York City office, Los Angeles Office, or Tempe Office requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency : The base pay for this role is : $174,400 - $228,900 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
