Job Overview :
Contec is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transcribing information with speed and accuracy, while ensuring all assignments are submitted in the correct format.
As a successful candidate, you will produce excellent work within designated timelines. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong typing skills. Below are the responsibilities you will undertake :
- Gathering and organizing the necessary material for tasks.
- Typing reports, memos, and other documents using specified word processing software.
- Formatting work according to guidelines provided.
- Proofreading assignments and correcting errors before submitting them.
- Submitting completed tasks via mail or post.
- Filing and storing copies of completed assignments.
- Maintaining a log of completed tasks and tracking hours worked.
- Staying informed about updates in relevant word processing software.
