What You Will Be Doing
We're seeking a skilled and proactiveSystem Administratorto deliver expert technical support across all layers-from hardware to application-for our critical business systems. In this role, you'll ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability through diligent system monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to design scalable, redundant infrastructure, implement software and OS upgrades, and support disaster recovery planning. As a key technical resource, you'll provide Level 2 and 3 support, assess new applications, and lead installations in both test and production environments. Your contributions will help shape a resilient, high-performing IT ecosystem that supports business continuity and growth.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a technical support role for mission-critical applications.
- Strong project management and service orientation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build cooperative working relationships.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines in a 24x7 computing environment.

Pay Range : $83,025.00-$103,833.00
