The Solution Architect plays a critical role in designing, prototyping, and evaluating highly scalable solutions that ensure reliability of our client's systems. This position requires a collaborative problem-solver who values input from diverse stakeholders and can communicate complex technical concepts with clarity across teams. As a Solution Architect, you will partner with engineers, business leaders, and operations teams to design solutions that keep the grid reliable and future-ready. You will shape and guide the architecture vision by creating practical roadmaps that balance innovation with operational needs. Your work will include building and sharing prototypes and proofs-of-concept to bring new ideas to life. Additionally, you will coach teams on cloud-ready and data-driven practices, helping them adopt modern tools and approaches aligned with technology standards. Collaboration with peers and vendors will be essential to deliver secure, scalable solutions that support a sustainable future.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-12 years in software engineering and solution / enterprise architecture
• Experience with Java or .NET, Java preferred
• Experience with Architectural Methodologies such as TOGAF, Open Agile Architecture, ArchiMate or similar
• Azure cloud experience or experience in a similar environment, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
