A company is looking for a Database Analyst to provide expertise in PostgreSQL database environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain EDB Postgres, PGD, and AWS RDS database clusters

Assist in planning and executing database upgrades and migrations while providing day-to-day administrative support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement optimized database solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Experience with EDB Postgres, Postgres Distributed, and AWS RDS

Proficiency in PostgreSQL installation, configuration, and performance tuning

Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, KSH, and Perl

Strong skills in PostgreSQL procedural languages and SQL
