SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Minimum one (1) year of experience caring for children in daycare or Camp environment
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
• Self-motivated, takes initiative and willing to acquire new skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Computer literate
• CPR certification required

Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Family Programming Director, the Camp Counselor is responsible for implementing Camp activities for children ages three to ten years old; to ensure a safe, clean, fun environment for children; execute the department’s established guidelines and standards.
