Position Title : Occupational Therapist – School Setting (Day Shift)

Location : Lompoc, CA 93436

Contract Duration : 32 Weeks

Schedule : Day Shift | 5x7.5-Hour (08 : 00 AM – 04 : 00 PM)

Pay Rate : $64 – $66 per hour

Overview :

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Occupational Therapist – School Setting  for an exciting job in Lompoc, CA.

Responsibilities :

Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to enhance learning and daily life skills.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.

Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, evaluations, and reports, in compliance with district and state standards.

Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to goal development.

Provide staff training on adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and therapeutic techniques.

Travel between school sites within the district as required.

Qualifications :

Licensure : Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.

Experience : Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
