Find your CAREER at Northside Ford, a repeat Ford Triple Crown Winner! We're hiring sales consultants to help meet the demand. Experience preferred, but not necessary. We are looking for bright, responsible, outgoing individuals who are seeking a career, not a job. We are seeking individuals who value customer satisfaction and seek to build a solid base of repeat and referral sales. Paid training available.

BILINGUAL APPLICANTS PREFERRED! Salespeople must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license. Salespeople have one weekday and Sunday off each week. After a period of paid training, sales consultants are paid on a commission basis. THE MINIMUM COMMISSION EARNED FOR A VEHICLE SALE IS $300!

Sales consultants guide customers in selecting a vehicle. They fully explain the product to the customer and offer test drives to all customers. Consultants assist with sales paperwork, and ensure customers understand the features, paperwork, and warranty on their new vehicles. Salespeople exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

We offer a 401-K plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid life insurance. We also offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses. We have a holiday bonus plan also.
