Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine deep learning algorithms for geometric deep learning in biological and materials sciences

Build metrics and assist with the evaluation of model predictions and results

Collaborate with AI infrastructure and research teams to incorporate advances in the field into product development

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience

Completed a MS or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Physics, Computational Biology, or Computer Science

Expertise in deep learning and machine learning

Strong experience with Python for deep learning and relevant libraries

Experience with modeling and validation of protein sequences and / or structures
