Job Details

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications :

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on general liability.

3. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar.

4. Proven track record of representing clients in court and achieving successful outcomes.

5. Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and formulate effective legal strategies.

6. Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.

7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex legal information to clients and other stakeholders.

8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple cases and meeting tight deadlines.
