As the Full-Time Director of First Impressions at Happy Kids Dentistry, you'll be the friendly face welcoming patients and their families with warmth and professionalism. Your role involves managing scheduling with a keen eye on production and capacity while ensuring all paperwork, insurance, and payments are completed accurately. You’ll update patient information, medical history, and privacy documents, and coordinate interpreter services to assist our diverse clientele. Presenting treatment plans and financing options will be part of your daily routine, along with balancing daily payments and completing audit tasks.
You’ll maintain a clean, organized front desk that reflects our commitment to professionalism. Plus, you’ll confidently utilize digital systems to streamline operations and enhance the patient experience. Join us and help create a welcoming environment where happy smiles start!
