This pivotal role is critical in aligning our teams around best practices, tools, and standards that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and design excellence. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking leader who can bridge the gap between design intent and technology applications, ensuring our staff have the training, tools, and guidance needed to thrive.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of architecture and engineering technology solutions, including a demonstrated ability to successfully lead large change initiatives, extensive experience in the design side of the A / E industry, and a practical understanding of the construction side. Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee the firmwide vision, roadmap, and implementation of design technology platforms, including CAD, BIM, visualization, and rendering tools
- Evaluate emerging tools and workflows, ensuring alignment with project delivery goals and industry best practices
- Partner with IT, operations, and practice leaders to ensure technology supports business needs and design innovation
- Champion the adoption of best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement in digital design
