Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Designer to join our team. In this role, you will plan, design, and oversee the construction of residential architecture and architectural design of our diverse portfolio. Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients to determine project scope and requirements, preparing architectural plans, and monitoring project progress. The ideal candidate is resourceful with an eye for detail and excellent project management skills for multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Remain in communication with clients from the start of the project to the completion

Create detailed submittals and architectural plans

Ensure budgets and timelines are adhered to

Communicate with other construction professionals

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends. Must be knowledgeable in California building codes, residential building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in architecture is preferred but not required

Four years of previous experience as an Architect with a portfolio of work is preferred

Four years of minimum experience in architectural design

Four years of minimum experience in residential architectural design

Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD is a must
