Key Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service

Coordinate front office patient tasks, including appointment scheduling and transport coordination

Input data accurately into EMR databases and verify patient insurance information

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Healthcare experience with scheduling and EMR / EHR databases

Strong computer skills, including data entry and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Able to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
