HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

As our Veterinary Front Desk Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and their furry companions receive the care and attention they deserve. From warmly welcoming clients to efficiently scheduling appointments, your responsibilities will include :

  • Answering client calls and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Scheduling and preparing consultations for our veterinary team
  • Assisting in consultations and providing support to veterinary staff
  • Maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area
  • Providing exceptional customer service to pets and pet owners

    • You'll enjoy a full-time schedule, working Monday through Thursday between 8 AM and 5 PM and Fridays between 8 AM and 2 PM.

    We're looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for animals who can meet the following qualifications :

  • 2 years of veterinary experience
  • Reliable transportation

    • Meeting these preferred qualifications would be a plus :

  • 5 years of experience in the veterinary industry
  • Emergency or specialty veterinary practice experience
  • Experience as a veterinary assistant or technician
  • Knowledge of EzyVet software
