Desktop administrator [h1.location_city]

This role is responsible for assessing endpoint equipment at distributor locations to ensure devices meet company standards. The technician will evaluate existing equipment and propose replacements, repairs, or updates as needed. This individual will coordinate recommendations with Regional Managers, open and manage service tickets, and assist the EUC team with imaging, replacements, and repairs when required.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a high level of customer service.
