Key Responsibilities
Lead efforts across Electron for OS level stability, security, and code maintainability
Drive cross-functional desktop initiatives to enhance developer productivity, performance, or security
Maintain and improve core systems for the Slack desktop client and Electron framework
Required Qualifications
Deep experience with Google's Chromium project
Proficiency in Node.js and the V8 JavaScript engine
Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools for web-based desktop applications
Familiarity with desktop development and technical trade-offs in web-based applications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
