POSITION SUMMARY :

The Desktop Technician handles moves, migrations, and day to day issues in the infrastructure environment for the Marvin Group

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assists end users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls, email, HelpDesk tickets, and visits to user community to diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting activities and facilitate resolution
• Performs moves / adds and changes to PC
• Physical moves
• Software installs
• Hardware Installs
• Reimaging
• Documents, tracks and monitors the issues in ticketing system to facilitate a timely resolution
• Maintains and operates computer systems and / or network connectivity
• Provide technical support and guidance to users
• Light network Administration duties

Base Salary Range (Inglewood only) :  $68,640 - $73,700
