Knowledgeable about OS imaging, deployment strategies, and automation. Solid understanding of endpoint security, encryption, and compliance policies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for diagnosing complex issues. A collaborative attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement. ###

Requirements :Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop operating systems and the related hardware.
- Manage and deploy software packages, patches, and updates via tools such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM.
- Develop and maintain system images, task sequences, and deployment automation processes.
- Troubleshoot Level 2 / 3 desktop support issues, including operating system, application, and driver-related problems.
- Ensure endpoint security through tools like Windows Defender, BitLocker, and group policy hardening.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with security, networking, and systems teams to enhance desktop performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement optimization strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to help desk staff and end users.
- Act as a point of escalation for tier one and tier two support team members concerning Windows server support.
