A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver financial and operational reports on property tax management systems and assist in creating custom dashboards
Support budgeting and cost optimization strategies for IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with financial audits
Assist in planning and executing IT-driven projects, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communications across departments
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in information technology, finance, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Previous experience in IT analysis, finance reporting, or executive administration, preferably in a technology-driven environment
Experience with financial systems, cloud-based solutions, and databases
Strong understanding of IT security principles related to financial data protection
Experience with ERP systems or property tax management platforms is beneficial
