A company is looking for a Desktop Publisher to work remotely on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Intakes jobs from clients and enters them into the proprietary workflow tracking tool
Creates pitchbooks and Public Information Books (PIBs) using template formats
Communicates with the print department to outline client needs and ensures accuracy in deliverables
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of two years' experience as a Desktop Operator / Presentation Specialist within an investment bank
Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite is required
Solid knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, MapInfo, and CorelDraw or Illustrator is preferred
Must possess a willingness and ability to learn new skills
Experience in customer service and personal interaction is essential
