Salary Range : $80,000-$115,000+ with additional achievable bonuses!

Requirements :
Must possess a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education).
Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle required.
Prior ABA Experience is necessary.
Must be comfortable working with families and delivering in-home services.
BCBA Responsibilities :
As a vital BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans for lifelong success. Supervise and train exceptional BTs / RBTs to ensure treatment plans are effective. Additionally, you will provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers to address challenging behaviors and promote positive alternatives through ABA principles. Other responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and analyses when necessary, monitoring data, and evaluating program effectiveness.
