The Senior Instrument Support Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for global service and support of Microbiology instruments and core team representation in product development projects. The Global Product Technical Support team members participate in new product development and design change projects and are responsible for :

• Collect and distill voice of service and ensure serviceability requirements are translated into design inputs
• Develop service and support plans to successfully prepare the regional service and support organizations to install, maintain and repair newly commercialized products
• Create all service and support deliverables such as spare parts set up, service documentation, service systems set up, training content creation and delivery
• Execute global product roll outs and assess country and reginal readiness prior to product launch

This position reports to the Global Product Technical Support Manager, is part of the Global Product Technical Support team - Microbiology Engineering and Services department located in West Sacramento, CA and will be ONSITE five days a week.

The annual salary range for this role is . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
