Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding training for new hires and ensure timely completion of required trainings
Organize and maintain training materials and support leadership with training documentation
Assist with ongoing professional development initiatives and coordinate internal trainings
Required Qualifications
Experience in training coordination, talent development, HR support, or operations
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus, but not required
