A company is looking for a Development Manager to oversee application support and maintenance while leading a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day supervision of developers and oversee project delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional managers to assess and define development processes

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technology-related field
10+ years of software development leadership experience
