A company is looking for a Development Manager to lead a team of full-stack engineers in building and maintaining enterprise-scale web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack developers primarily in C#, .NET Core, and Vue.js

Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and security

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements and prioritize sprint deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Strong technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred)

Experience managing vendors or offshore teams while balancing speed with quality

Proficient with Git, DevOps, Jira, and agile development methodologies
