Step into your new role! Kleinfelder Construction Services is seeking an experienced Office Engineer to join our team! This position will support current and future transportation-related road and highway improvement projects throughout the Inland Empire. This position will be located in the Inland Empire and offers a hybrid work schedule.

As part of our construction management team, the Office Engineer will provide engineering and administrative support to help ensure project success through quality documentation, effective communication, and proactive coordination.

Key responsibilities include :

• Prepare construction change orders and supporting documentation, including independent cost estimates and memoranda.
• Log, review, track, and respond to RFIs and submittals.
• Draft and manage project correspondence, including letters to contractors and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and review monthly quantity sheets (Q-sheets) and assist with progress estimates.
• Attend and document project meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
• Review and track contractor progress schedules.
• Maintain project records, including monthly estimates and weekly project status reports.
• Perform constructability reviews of transportation projects.

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary Range : $76,922-$101,827
