Incentives :

• May qualify for a sign-on bonus of $281,250-$500,000 if fully trained. Initial period of Active Duty will be 3-4 years of service with an additional service obligation (continued Active Duty or Reserves), for a total of 8 years of military service obligation.
• A categorically matched resident may be eligible for a $45,000 annual grant and a monthly stipend of $2,999.

Twelve weeks of paternity leave if your spouse is also active duty. Six months to one year deferment from PCS / change of duty station, PT / physical fitness test, or deployment after delivery of a child.
