Description

Dietitian at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Renal Center in Orange, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts.

The Dietitian, as part of a multidisciplinary care team, provides nutritional care for patients and customers. Responsibilities include nutritional assessment; care plan formulation, documentation, and implementation' patient / staff / community education; interval reassessments and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Coursework / Training : Successful completion of an internship, or 1 year acute care experience.
• Upon hire : National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
