DaVita is seeking an organized, self-directed RN to manage Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) patients. You’ll educate patients and caregivers in-clinic, enabling them to perform dialysis independently at home. This role blends clinical care, patient education, and case management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Train patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-care
• Manage a caseload of PD patients, including assessments and care planning
• Monitor treatment progress, conduct home visits, and provide on-call support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes

The Wage Range for the role is $50.00 - $69.00 per hour.Registered Nurse PD Intermediate : $50.00 - $53.25 per hour.If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt : New York City and Long Island : $64,350.00 / year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $64,350.00 / year, Remainder of New York state : $60,405.80 / year New York Non-exempt : New York City and Long Island : $16.50 / hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $16.50 / hour, Remainder of New York state : $15.50 / hour
