HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

As a Maintenance Technician, YOU are the backbone of our operations.

You will ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and welcoming by handling day-to-day maintenance in key areas such as :

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Pool maintenance
• Groundskeeping
• Apartment turnover

You may also be assigned additional tasks by your supervisor that keep our communities running smoothly. Your work helps residents feel at home and supports the success of every project we manage.

Personal Tools - Each employee must provide his own hand tools. The organization does not reimburse for tools that are broken, worn out, lost or stolen. Employees must have at minimum the following set of tools. Employees who do not have their own tools may make arrangements with District Manager's approval to purchase tools. Repayments must be made within three months through payroll deductions. If employment is terminated for any reason before repayment is completed, payment in full will be withheld from final paycheck.
