This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime and weekend shifts. We are looking for a candidate who excels at teamwork and is available to work Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain digital printing equipment on a daily basis.

Create and adjust customer-supplied databases for various printing projects.

Perform variable data printing and manage intelligent mail barcode production.

Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Troubleshoot any equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance.

Collaborate with production and scheduling teams to fulfill client requirements.

Maintain precise records of production output and machine performance.

Assist with other manufacturing and production tasks as required.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a print production or digital printing setting is preferred, but not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and procedures.
