Job Summary

Bring your knowledge of digital marketing and corporate communications to produce creative content for a range of audiences and take our websites to new heights. As a self-starter who works well in a team environment, you will coordinate digital marketing projects from conception to completion and ensure we are on message.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with a video-first mindset to elevate our brand through dynamic storytelling, on-site content creation, and multi-channel digital execution. In this role, you'll lead videography, editing, podcast production, and social content development, traveling as needed to capture real-world footage, customer stories, and field activity that bring our brand to life.

You'll also support our broader digital ecosystem by managing website updates, and maintaining accurate product catalog content, as well as other marketing / product needs as they arise. This hybrid creative-technical role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the camera, enjoys being on the road, and loves shaping content that performs across web, social, and audio platforms.

The ideal candidate is a versatile creator, comfortable planning shoots, directing on-camera talent, producing polished video and podcast assets, and publishing them across digital channels. You'll collaborate across teams to support campaigns, events, and product initiatives, turning raw footage and field insights into compelling assets that drive engagement and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum three to five years of experience in marketing. Understands the basic principles of marketing and communications and how they fit together

Creative and resourceful content provider who formulates and implements original ideas for our websites, ensuring Web strategy supports Core & Main business strategy

Excellent people skills with ability to interact professionally across the organization.

Organized, detailed project planner capable of working independently as a part of a team to achieve desired results with a sense of urgency

Eye for good design, recognizing that visual design and copy are partners in good communication

Excellent command of search engine marketing, web content management systems and digital analytics, understanding UX principles

Strong knowledge of driving traffic to a company's main site and enhancing the frontline customer journey

Drive regular reporting and analysis for campaigns and marketing efforts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience using data and analysis for decision-making, with an insight into when there is or is not enough information to change course

Preferred Qualifications :

Direct-to-buyer understanding of e-commerce with B2B experience is a must

A basic understanding of marketing automation software like HubSpot.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Certification

Oracle NetSuite Experience
