Monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and present insights and next steps to clients. Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaigns and overall marketing performance. Collaborate with internal teams (SEO specialists, paid media managers, content creators, designers) to ensure timely and effective execution. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, paid search, paid social, content marketing). Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into recommendations. Proven track record of managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end. Strong experience in ROI reporting and performance analytics. Previous experience leading or mentoring a marketing team. Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence in client communication.

Short Description
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and create reports across multi-channel campaigns with a focus on paid media, SEO, and performance optimization. This role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, strong analytical skills for creating ROI-focused reports, and the ability to lead and mentor a marketing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-facing, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Location : 100% Remote (LATAM only)
