JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for virtual health customer success and onsite training, aligning with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Serve as a nursing virtual care thought leader and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Virtual Care COE and Chief Medical Officers to shape the future of virtual care delivery models and customer engagement strategies.

    • Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Own the clinical relationship with key enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of virtual care models
  • Lead client-facing clinical virtual care program reviews, and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance dashboards, and overall program KPIs.
  • Act as an escalation point for clinical or operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

    • Clinical Operations & Quality Oversight

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of virtual programs ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory compliance, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs, including clinical audits, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support vendor relationships and serve as RN SME and key relationship manager.
  • Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all virtual care practices meet federal, state, and accreditation standards.

    • Team Leadership & Development

  • Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, innovation, and empathy.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support clinical upskilling, technology adoption, and customer engagement best practices.

    • Data-Driven Insights & Innovation

  • Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and SCP vendor partners to improve and advance clinical workflow optimization and EHR integrations.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical content, protocols, and patient education materials tailored to virtual care environments.

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Proficiency with virtual care platforms, EHR systems, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare analytics, clinical KPIs, and outcome measurement.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS telehealth regulations, and value-based care models.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for innovation in healthcare and a commitment to improving access, equity, and outcomes through virtual care.

    • EDUCATION :

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field, strongly preferred.

    • WORK EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 8 to 10 years of progressive nursing experience, including 3 or more years direct leadership of teams or in a Director-level position.
  • Minimum 2 or more years of experience in virtual care, telehealth, or digital health environments.
  • Proven experience in customer success, client services, or healthcare consulting is highly desirable.

    • CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES :

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in the U.S.
  • Multi-state or compact licensure, preferred.
