Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 30 locations and 120+ medical providers, who care for more than 120,000 patients statewide. We are currently seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Scottsdale!
Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily follow-up communications with new and established patients.
- Track and monitor patient complaints through final resolution.
- Develop patient experience reports.
- Complete Daily phone / text audits.
- Complete volume reporting to be shared with management.
- Pull charts in accordance with insurance request.
