El Lavaplatos desempeña un papel fundamental en mantener la limpieza y la sanidad en la cocina, asegurando el buen funcionamiento y manteniendo los estándares de seguridad alimentaria. Son responsables de limpiar y desinfectar eficientemente los platos, utensilios, ollas y sartenes utilizados durante la preparación y el servicio de alimentos. Los lavaplatos también ayudan a mantener la limpieza en la cocina y apoyan a otros miembros del equipo según sea necesario para facilitar un entorno culinario bien organizado. Responsabilidades:

Lavar platos, utensilios, ollas y sartenes de manera rápida y eficiente utilizando equipos de lavado de platos comerciales.
Asegurarse de que todos los elementos estén limpios y desinfectados para cumplir con los estándares de seguridad alimentaria.
Apilar y almacenar los platos y utensilios limpios en áreas designadas para facilitar el acceso del personal de cocina.

Requisitos:
