A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER
In this office position, you play an important part in helping our company operate smoothly. With professionalism, you respond to phone calls requesting towing services. You provide high-quality customer service by listening intently and asking relevant questions. Some of the information you collect includes contact information, location details, and each customer's specific needs. You are then able to pass these details to the tow truck driver so that each situation can be taken care of in a thorough and efficient manner.
In addition to assisting customers, you use your great communication skills to respond to inquiries from law enforcement officers. You also manage schedules to ensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner. You love helping others fix their issues and contributing to our company in a big way!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid communication skills
Experience in customer service would be a plus. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you punctual and reliable? Do you take pride in a job well done? If so, you might just be perfect for this office position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This position offers stable, full-time work with a typical schedule of 8 am – 5 pm, Monday - Friday.
