$40.00 Per Hour 40 + Hour Work Week Paid Travel Pre-tax commuter benefits 401k package MUST call for phone screen to be considered Chris at 281-817-4329 Our partners are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-share company hire a customer services Operator dispatcher to be responsible for testing and operation of the remote monitoring/control system for autonomous vehicles.
As a Fleet Support Specialist, Collaborate with the scheduling team to secure repair slots and optimize vehicle repair time.
Review open vehicle issues and generate action plans, ensuring constant monitoring and updates on fleet health.
Maintain accurate historical data and record-keeping for vehicle health and repairs.
Assist in the creation and development of technical documentation and processes.
Support the creation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on fleet performance and maintenance.
Perform quality inspections of repair orders Support in ordering parts, ensuring parts availability for scheduled and unscheduled repairs.
Interface with multiple teams across the company to align processes and operations for smooth workflow.
Work across multiple internal systems and ticketing tools to create work orders, track maintenance activities, manage parts requests, and ensure end-to-end traceability from issue identification through resolution.
Responsibilities will include:
- Effectively monitor autonomous vehicle operations.
- Respond to and manage critical mission needs.
- Assist the fleet of vehicles by providing remote guidance in complex situations.
- Assist with testing and data collection.
- Work closely with SW, QA and UX to improve the Interface.
- Willingness to work flexible shift hours.
Requirements familiarity with MS Office/Google Suites 2+ years of experience working in operations or a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in STEM, Analytics, or related fields Excellent computer skills and problem-solving ability Excellent written and verbal communication Positive attitude with a growth mindset Benefits:
