As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with individuals on-site, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

  • Carry out security-related screening procedures for personnel, vehicles, and / or packages entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location.
  • Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and / or delivery personnel with inquiries and access procedures in accordance with site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and communicating with appropriate parties as needed.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity through thorough screening and observation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of screening activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during shifts.
  • Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site staff to support a secure environment within the logistics and distribution location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as required by the post profile and site procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
