Position Summary

The Distribution Specialist is an exciting opportunity in the Supply Chain Operations team responsible for monitoring and assuring supply and patient care equipment are maintained. Resolving and fulfilling requests and inquiries, your work will directly contribute to ensuring excellent health care experiences for MultiCare patients and families.

Responsibilities

• You will verify materials and receipts documentation against purchase order and inputs purchase order receipts
• You will coordinate with Purchasing personnel to resolve purchase order or receipt discrepancies
• You will package and process supplies and materials being returned to vendors or other facilities and coordinates shipping
• You will supply stores stock supplies within its designated Distribution Storeroom location

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
