About the Position:
Provide leadership, motivation, management, and evaluation of sales team members. This role will also involve developing, implementing, and maintaining a strategic sales plan while being responsible for all aspects of sales operations to achieve lasting company loyalty
Identify market opportunities and establish strategies to maximize revenue and profitability to grow total market share by 1% each year.
Oversee multiple manufacturing lines by leveraging effective communication and fostering inclusivity, while adhering to the company's market-oriented approach
Requirements:
Experience and/or Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Computer Skills: The employee can use the equipment and software required to accomplish the responsibilities of this position. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective sales plans.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market trends.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel as required.
Possesses strong attention to detail.

Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
Documents work in a clear and concise manner.
