We are looking for a motivated Manager to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise team members and ensure that our guests receive outstanding service. The Managers responsibilities include creating a schedule, delegating tasks, handling cash and reporting any issues to the general manager.
To be successful as an Manager, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, an Manager must be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising team members, assigning duties, and creating a schedule.
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
- Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Coaching team members and on-going training and developing.
- Opening and closing the restaurant, line checks, station preparedness and preparing cash deposits.
- Handling guest complaints and team member disputes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Confident problem-solver.
- Team player.
