What You’ll Be Responsible For as the Payroll Analyst:

• Serve as a primary contact for employee payroll inquiries (pay, deductions, policies)

• Manage high-volume payroll hotline calls with a service-focused approach

• Prepare, review, and process payroll cycles with accuracy and compliance

• Partner with payroll team members to maintain consistent operations

• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues

What We’re Looking For in the Payroll Analyst:

• 3+ years of payroll experience in high-volume environments

• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar payroll systems

• Ability to stay organized and accurate under deadlines
