About the Job :

You'll scan and digitize physical documents that feed into our AI systems. This is foundational work : when you scan accurately, accountants can help their clients faster. During tax season (3–4 weeks), hours increase from 20 to 30 per week

What You'll Do :

  • Scan physical documents using commercial scanners
  • Name and organize files according to established protocols
  • Check scans for quality and completeness before upload
  • Flag missing or damaged documents
  • Light data entry and file movement as needed

You'll Excel With :

  • Constant attention to detail
  • General comfortability with technology (scanners, laptops, variety of office software)
  • Consistency : other folks are relying on you to get their work don
  • Able to follow processes exactly as written
    • The Details :
  • Onsite
  • F ixed-term contract
  • ~20 / week standard, ~30 / week during peak periods
  • Monday–Friday
  • 8 : 30am–1 : 00pm or 12 : 00pm–4 : 30pm
  • 20–30 hours per week
  • Mid-January through mid-April
  • Additional hours may be available based on workload
